Training

With many years experience working in the community and care homes we understand the difficulties your service may have as well as the pressures of delivering high quality care. Working with other providers we have found we have been able to add quality by training staff in specific areas such as posture management, mobility and transfers, condition specific training (such as stroke), falls prevention and therapeutic handling.

Investing in training and development in these areas may help to reduce instances of falls, pressure sores and hospital admissions and therefore improve your residents quality of life.
