Home visits are at the heart of what we do. Our team will come to see you at home and, after a detailed assessment, will provide the support and advice you need in the form of exercises, information and other treatment options as appropriate. We specialise in neurological conditions and care of the elderly, with all of our team having many years experience and further training in these areas.

As well as home visits we are also proud to run specialist exercise classes, subsidised by Parkinson’s UK (Guildford and Waverley Branch). These are based at the Chichester Hall in Witley as well as one virtually on Zoom. You can access these classes and the funding support by contacting the local branch or indeed directly through our service.
